Confirmed mechanics from the v271 notes
For Normal Kalos, Nexon's v271 notes set eight lives and a 70-second weapon occupation duration. The two eye mechanics require two neutralization hits per member; the Bombardment Fighter requires one. These are stated mechanic quantities, not a prediction of how quickly a party executes them.
Assign the work that interrupts damage
Agree who handles neutralization and reflect time away from attacking in that member's assumptions. Weapon occupation duration is not automatically a neutralization deadline or an uninterrupted damage window. A party estimate should retain the individual assignments and conditions.
Do not borrow a different difficulty
Easy Kalos has different published quantities. Keep Normal's facts attached to Normal rather than merging every difficulty into one generic Kalos setup. A current full encounter configuration and matching measurements are still needed for a gameplay-validated prediction.

What supports an estimate?
A matched measured damage input, explicit phase and target work, uptime, buffs and encounter clocks are needed. Current HEXA-only clear-time calibration is incomplete. See how solo and party estimates are interpreted.
